Even during the busiest of days I was treated as though I was the only customer on the property. This service started with Ed from the sales department who, throughout the purchase of my South Bay, took the time to detail every available option while offering personal advice and recommendations regarding each. The impeccable service did not stop after finalizing the sale of the boat. Ed and company frequently kept me informed about the production of the Tritoon all the way up to the final handoff of the watercraft. Continuing the relationship is Pete, from the service department, who handles the preventative care and routine maintenance, for which he has yet to not meet the promised schedule of completion dates. Our service experience frequently involves these two employees but never stopped with only them, the entire staff consistently greets my family and me with a professional and friendly approach to be rivaled by no other outfit. Munson Marine has made us fell like part of their family. Whenever asked advise on where to purchase a watercraft I confidently without hesitation refer them to Ed, and the Munson Marine Team. We love out South Bay Tritoon. As you are aware, before our purchase we had rented numerous other brand pontoon boats before deciding on South Bay. In my opinion, their product is the best out there; the ride and handling are superior to any other. "What can we say but... WHAT A FANTASTIC buying experience! Our deal could not be beat, and we are talking in thousands of dollars in savings from dealers close to home! We drove 5.5 hours for our boat. It was the most pleasant feeling we ever had at a dealership. The service after the sale is even more exciting! The gas gauge was broke and took our boat to another dealer near our home, they charged us 158 dollars to fix Thier fix was putting gas in it and never fixing the problem. We talked to Ed and Pete about it. They have took our bill and are currently working to get our money back from Stingray. Again this above and beyond what Munson and their staff had to do. If these guys wern't so far away. This is where our boat would be serviced!! Oh and the test drive on the lake was awsome as well. Munson Marine keep doin what you do!!! You guys Rock!!! Kudos to parts and finance dept for there excellent service too!!!"

"Fantastic Buying Experience! Over the past several days I have been working closely with the entire team at Munson Marine through my purhcase of a 2010 Crownline 180BR. Allen, Ed and Sam were absolutely fantastic to work with, zero pressure, and very friendly. I feel I got a fantastic deal right from the start... no games had to be played. I have purchased a lot of vehicles, motorcycles, etc in my life and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant buying experience yet. They offered plenty of time for my girlfriend and myself to go through the boat and answered all my questions and concerns factually and accurately (even finding a set of water skis to fin int he ski lock to assure they fit!) This is my first boat (of many more) and Munson Marine (and Crownline) will be the first stop. Any friend, maily and co-workers in the market will be told to check out our new friends at Munson. M.
